What Russia requires
- Phytosanitary certificate for every lot, issued by Vietnam's plant protection authority. The consignee and the actual destination must be stated exactly: a certificate with wrong details is a common reason for lots to be returned.
- Quarantine inspection on arrival by the Russian plant health authority. The importer notifies the authority of the arrival and presents the goods for inspection.
- Pesticide residues follow the food safety rules of the Eurasian Economic Union. Residue test reports are available on request.
- Certificate of Origin form EAV under the Vietnam–Eurasian Economic Union Free Trade Agreement, so that the reduced import duty can be claimed.
- Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading (or air waybill). Russian label text can be printed on the cartons on request, as agreed in the sales contract.
- Import duty and VAT: please confirm them with your customs broker.

- Demand is highest in winter, before the New Year holidays in late December and early January. Please tell us your shipping week early.
