What the EU requires
- Phytosanitary certificate for most fresh fruit, issued by Vietnam's plant protection authority. Coconuts are among the few fruits that do not need one.
- Pesticide residues must stay within EU maximum residue levels (Regulation EC 396/2005). We test residues on each lot and send the report with the documents.
- Dragon fruit from Vietnam is under increased official checks at the EU border, so a residue report is sent with every dragon fruit lot.
- Certificate of Origin under the EU–Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), so that the reduced import duty can be claimed.
- Import notification by the importer in the EU TRACES system before the goods arrive. We send the document copies in advance so you can file it on time.
- Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading (or air waybill). Carton labels show the country of origin and can be printed in your language, as agreed in the sales contract.
- Import duty and VAT depend on the fruit and the country of entry. Please confirm them with your customs broker.

Seasons and peak demand
- All year: passion fruit, seedless lime, coconut, dragon fruit, pomelo.
- Seasonal: rambutan, longan and mango are confirmed with each quotation.
- Demand for exotic fruit rises before Christmas and the New Year, and before Ramadan (from around 8 February 2027). Please tell us your shipping week early.

Other Vietnamese fruits are quoted on request. Ask us and we will check supply and the current EU requirements for that fruit.
How to get a quotation
Open a fruit above and press Request a quote: the EU, the port or airport and the carton are already filled in. You receive the quotation by email and WhatsApp within 24 business hours. First orders: 50 % T/T deposit on the Proforma Invoice and 50 % against scanned shipping documents.
