Ask us before the first shipment
Vietnam already ships this fruit to the UAE in small volumes. We confirm supply and requirements with you before the first lot.

What the UAE requires
- Phytosanitary certificate for every lot, issued by Vietnam's plant protection authority, with the origin stated. The original paper certificate is sent with the documents.
- Certificate of Origin on the UAE–Vietnam CEPA form (the agreement is in force from 3 February 2026).
- Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading (or air waybill).
- Labels in English. Arabic label text can be printed on the cartons on request, as agreed in the sales contract.
- No Halal certificate is needed for fresh fruit, and no growing-area code is required.
- Pesticide residues follow the UAE standard. Residue test reports are available on request.
- Import duty: 0 % for bananas under the GCC common tariff indicative. For other fruits, please confirm the rate with your customs broker. VAT of 5 % is paid by the importer.

Seasons and peak demand
- All year: seedless lime, banana, dragon fruit, coconut, guava.
- Ramadan 2027 starts around 8 February, with Eid al-Fitr in early March and Eid al-Adha in mid-May. Demand rises before each of them, so please tell us your shipping week early.
- Seasonal fruit such as R2E2 mango (March–June) and rambutan are confirmed with each quotation.

How to get a quotation
Open a fruit above and press Request a quote: the UAE, the port and the carton are already filled in. You receive the quotation by email and WhatsApp within 24 business hours. First orders: 50 % T/T deposit on the Proforma Invoice and 50 % against scanned shipping documents.
